Structured Sober Living for Women in Oklahoma

Life Skills and Empowerment

During the first 30 days, women focus exclusively on personal recovery. Afterward, they begin developing practical skills and preparing for work. Participants learn cooking, financial literacy, parenting (if applicable), and job readiness skills such as resume building and interview preparation. Staff also help secure essential documents like driver’s licenses, birth certificates, and Social Security cards, which are critical for employment and independence.

Admission Criteria

Women applying must be 18 or older, free from drugs or alcohol at intake, and committed to the full 7-month program. Space is limited, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Some women come directly from incarceration, while others are referred through family or community connections. Admissions staff will review each application carefully and provide guidance on next steps.

Spiritual Growth & Fellowship

Faith is central to the women’s program. Daily Bible study, mentorship, and prayer groups allow women to heal emotionally and spiritually while building supportive relationships with one another. Many women find strength in a sisterhood of shared experiences, guided by leaders who understand the unique challenges of recovery. Baptism services, held with a partner church, provide an opportunity for women to publicly express their faith and begin anew.
